Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China. Please kindly note that shipping may take a little longer than usual, but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Processing Time  

We process all orders within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Time  

  • Malaysia & Singapore: 8–15 business days    
  • Other Southeast Asian countries: 10–20 business days.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance, local delivery services, or peak seasons.

Shipping Fee                                               

A flat shipping fee of RM10 will be charged.

Tracking Your Order                        

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Return Policy              

We hope every piece you receive brings you joy. But if something doesn’t feel quite right, no worries — we gladly accept returns within 10 days of delivery.

A few things to note:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging included.
  • Please reach out within 10 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  • Sale items, custom pieces, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
  • Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to return:                                         

Simply send us an email with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the return steps and provide the return address.

Refunds: 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been completed.
